What is a Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent? 

A Notary Public is a state-commissioned official authorized to verify identity, witness signatures, administer oaths, and help prevent fraud in legal documents. 

A Notary Signing Agent (NSA) is a notary trained to facilitate real estate loan closings such as refinances, purchases, HELOCs, and loan modifications. 

What do I need to bring to my notary appointment?

You'll need a vailid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID). The document must also be fully completed - no blank fields. 

What types of documents do you notarize? 

Power of attorney, affidavits, advance directives, parental consent forms, real estate documents, trust documents, DMV forms, and more.
